Watch your heads (and bellies)!

This weekend started with a quiet Friday night at home watching Fringe and then New Moon (after Choup fell asleep). Saturday morning we went to Hastings on Hudson to see Karl H's photo exhibition at Hastings train station. After chatting and walking around the Farmer's market we headed to Sleepy Hollow. Thanks to La Petite Toulousaine and her posts we really wanted to go up to the legendary town.

After a *huge* lunch with the Hudson view, we went walking around (get to burn some carbs!) and we took the car up to Croton-Harmon/Van Cortland Manor. Choup saw a site where Jack'O Lanterns were exposed... except that it starts on the evenings... Next time maybe!

We then decided to drive back to NJ and went to the movies. We saw "Hereafter", the latest Clint Eastwood flick with Matt Damon and Cécile de France. It was a good movie, touching but a bit too long.

On Sunday, Choup watched the soccer game with a friend while I went shopping with Jenny. We ended the weekend by celebrating Marlee's Birthday at Epernay, French restaurant in Montclair. After 6 bottles of wine and a delicious meal, we walked back home and got ready to start a new week...
