Coney Island

Last Sunday, we took the 11am train and went to Coney Island. After less than an hour on the Q train we arrived and looked for a place to lunch. We stopped at Surf and Turf which was empty compared to all the Nathan's and other fast food on the other side of the street.

Dimanche dernier nous avons pris le train de 11h et nous sommes rendus à Coney Island. Après un peu moins d'une heure de Q train nous sommes arrivés à destination et nous sommes mis en quête d'un endroit pour déjeuner. Nous avons choisi Surf and Turf, le monde étant de l'autre côté de la rue, à Nathan's et autres endroits de restauration rapide.

Last stop, everybody out! / Dernier arrêt tout le monde descend!

The NY Aquarium is in Coney Island and we really need to make it there one day. There's also an amusement park and for the first time we did the big wonder wheel which was amazing but too short. As for the beach, you can definitely lay down in the sand but there are no waves like the ones in Jersey!

A Coney Island, il y a l'aquarium de New York, que nous n'avons jamais fait mais qui mériterait qu'on s'y arrête. Il y aussi des attractions pour les petits et les grands. Pour la première fois, nous nous sommes étrennés à la grande roue! C'était magnifique mais bien trop court! Et enfin il y a la plage pour le farniente mais sans les vagues donc les plages du sud du New Jersey valent plus la peine.
